India Assurance Co. Ltd. Vs. Pardeep Kaur and others) as well as FAO-
8790-2014 (Pardeep Kaur and others Vs. Jaswinder Singh alias Bhola and
others) as both the above noted appeals arise out of award dated 04.04.2014,
passed by the learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Moga (hereinafter
referred to as 'the Tribunal).
