Bhaumik Vs. Union of India and others, 2025 SCC OnLine Cal 9990. It
is submitted that in similar circumstances, Calcutta High Court allowed
the petition and granted limited protection to the MSME therein. The
banks and financial institutions therein were directed to consider the
representations of the MSME and till appropriate steps were being taken
under the Framework, protection was granted. The petitioners are
pressing for such relief in the present petition and in the interregnum,
they are also pressing for appropriate interim relief.
