3. Counsel for the parties jointly submit that the facts and issue involved
in this appeal is identical to the one which was dismissed by this
Bench on 17.08.2023 being Writ Appeal No. 335 of 2023 (Hazim
Mohammed v. State of Chhattisgarh & others) and as such, this
appeal may also be disposed of in the same terms.
