Sohan Lal vs Swaran Kaur & Ors on 10 February, 2011

the transfer of the criminal appeal titled as "Smt. Swaran Kaur & Ors Vs.
Sohan Lal and another" pending in the Court of Sessions Judge, Shaheed
Bhagat Singh Nagar, to any other Court of competent jurisdiction, on the
grounds mentioned therein.
