27. Further, in the case of M/s Nibro Limited v. National Insurance Co. Ltd., AIR 1991 Delhi 25, it was held that Order 29, Rule 1 of CPC does not authorize persons mentioned therein to institute suits on behalf of the corporation. "In the decision in M/s Nibro Limited Vs. National Insurance Co. Ltd., MANU/DE/0138/1991 : AIR 1991 Delhi 25 after taking note of a series of decisions on the subject the view taken by this Court was that unless a power to institute suit is specificlaly conferred on a particular director he has no authority to institute suit on behalf of the company.
