10. The learned Senior Counsel has sought for the issue of a
direction that any order that may be passed by the 1st respondent
shall not be implemented for a short period of time, so as to enable
the petitioner to challenge the same in appropriate proceedings.
The above question was considered by a Division Bench of this
Court in the decision reported in Joint Registrar of Co-operative
Societies v. Krishnan Nair [2010(1) KLT SN 15 (C.No.17)].
