for specific performance i.e. suit bearing no 527/18 titled "Varun
Bansal Vs Ramesh Chand" alleging therein that Sh. Ramesh
Chand i.e. father of the petitioner had entered into an agreement
with respondent and later on he refused to comply with the terms
and conditions of the said agreement.
