5. Learned counsel for the applicant while arguing the case placed
reliance on an order of the Hon'ble Apex Court rendered in the case of
N.C.V. Aishwarya vs. A.S. Saravana Karthik Sha in (2006) 9 SCC 197 , an
order dated 24.03.2025 in the case of Smt. Sneha Sen vs. Deepak Sen passed
by the co-ordinate Bench of this Court in MCC No.4096/2024 as well as an
order dated 17.12.2024 in the case of Aarti vs. Trilok Solanki passed in
MCC No.2668/2024 and submitted that while considering an application
under Section 24 for transfer of proceedings, it is the convenience of the wife
that has to be taken into consideration.
