On that basis, therefore, it cannot be said that this finding recorded by
the Sub-Divisional Officer and affirmed by the Maharashtra Revenue
Tribunal can be said to be perverse for being interfered with in the writ
jurisdiction. For said reason, the decisions in Ramgiri Gurudattagiri
Gosavi, Poulad Deochand Patil, Janrao Jairamji Vidhale and Carmel
Book Stall (supra) do not assist the case of the petitioners.
