Hafiz and others), arising out of Case Crime No.1143 of 2010, Under Section 3(1) of U.P. Gangster and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, P.S. Phoolpur, District Azamgarh, pending in the court of learned Special Judge (Gangster Act), Azamgarh.
