35. I could also lay my hand on the judgments reported as "Davinder
Singh Vs. State of Punjab" (2014) 12 SCC 629; "Pardeep Kumar
Vs. State of Haryana" (2014) 7 SCC 395 and "Jagdish & Ors. Vs.
State of Uttaranchal" (2015) 2 SCC 252, it was held that for the
purpose of Section 304B IPC, a presumption under Section 113B
of the Evidence Act, could be raised only on the proof of following
essentials:
