attention of this Court to one another decision delivered by the
Apex Court in the case of Garrison Engineer (Utility) Bhatinda
v. Narinder Singh reported in 2007 (11) SCC 35 in which also
the learned Presiding Officer, Labour Court has not dealt with
the material issue and analysing the same, in proper manner,
the matter was remitted to the Labour Court for deciding the
