The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicant Naresh Kumar, with the prayer to allow this application and quash the entire proceeding of Case No. 1534 of 2014 (State vs. Ghanshyam Das) arising out of Case Crime No. 1092 of 2014, under Sections 447, 448, 504, 506, 420, 467, 468, 471 I.P.C., P.S.- Loni, District Ghaziabad, pending in the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ghaziabad as well as charge sheet dated 13.5.2014 along with cognizance order dated 19.6.2014 passed by Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ghaziabad as well as order dated 1.8.2014 passed by Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ghaziabad and with the further prayer to stay the entire proceeding of said case as well as charge sheet dated 13.5.2014 along with cognizance order dated 19.6.2014 and the order dated 1.8.20214.
