2. Learned counsel for the accused-petitioners submits that the
petitioners' bail application was rejected by the learned trial Court
vide order dated 25.08.2025. He further submits that the other

co-accused in the same FIR has been enlarged on bail by the co-
ordinate Bench of this Court in S.B. Criminal Misc. bail Application
No.3354/2025 titled Ankit Kumar vs. State of Rajasthan vide order
dated 28.04.2025. Learned counsel further submits that the case
of the present petitioners is also the same and they are also
entitled for the same relief. The accused-petitioners are in custody
since long and the trial of the case will take long time. Therefore,
the benefit of bail be also granted to the accused-petitioners.
