In  Ramji   Prasad   v.   Rattan   Kumar   Jaiswal   And   Another  (supra), the Supreme Court has stated  that   the   normal   practice   in   a   case   under  Section 302 is not suspension of sentence. It  is only in exceptional cases that the benefit  of   suspension   of   sentence   can   be   granted.   In  the   present   case,   we   find   no   exceptional  circumstance   persuading   us   to   suspend   the  sentence imposed upon the applicants.
