3. The learned counsel for the petitioner, referring to the order
dated 16.11.2018 passed in WP (MD) No.22877 of 2018
(K.Ravichandran v. The Superintendent of Police, Dindigul District and
another), submitted that in similar circumstances, this Court directed
the respondents therein to pass appropriate orders on the
representation of the petitioner therein seeking permission to provide
police protection for dance programme in the temple festival, subject
to the certain conditions. Hence, the learned counsel sought for a
similar direction in this writ petition as well.
