The above judgement of the Hon'ble National Commission is on the
facts and events occurred before commencement of present Act of 2019 as in
that case original complaint was filed in the year 2005, which travelled up to
the Hon'ble National Commission and decided by the above order, in which
the provisions envisaged under Section 86 of the Act of 2019 was not
available hence the above judgement is not applicable in the facts of the
present case. Section 86 of the Consumer Protection Act 2019 is as under : -
