14. The document containing an arbitration agreement is
required to be sufficiently stamped before it is acted upon,
even for appointment of an arbitral tribunal so as to give
effect to the arbitration agreement between the parties, as
laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Garware Wall
Ropes Ltd. vs. Coastal Marine Constructions &
Engineering Ltd., 2019 SCC Online SC 515. Thus, only
after the document is sufficiently stamped, the document can
be considered by this Court for the adjudication of the
Application under section 11.
