15. The reliance placed by learned counsel for the petitioners on the
decision of the Allahabad High Court in Raj Narain and others vs. State
(supra) is misplaced and does not advance the case of the petitioners in view
of the authoritative pronouncements of the Supreme Court on the scope and
limitation of Section 362 Cr.P.C.
