Sri Kapaleeswarar Temple, Mylapore vs T. Tirunavukarasu on 2 May, 1974
In this connection as rightly pointed out by the respondent counsel in Judgement reported in AIR 1975 Madras 164 (Kapaleeswarar Temple v. T.Tirunavukarasu) it was categorically held that:
