8. The learned counsel for the respondent No. 1 Mr. S. G. Aney, referred us to decision in the case of B. S. Mishra v. Chief Justice, Orissa High Court (FB) in support of his contention that without the consent of the Advocate General cognisance of criminal contempt cannot be taken under Section 15(1) of the Act.
