70. The Hon'ble Supreme Court in Wander Ltd. and another vs. Antox India P. Ltd. (supra) noted that the appellate court had fallen into error by misdirecting itself in regard to the limitations on the powers of the appellate court to substitute its own discretion in an appeal preferred against a discretionary order. In paragraph 14 of the said decision, the Hon'ble Apex Court held thus:
