7.It is also brought to the notice of this Court as against the
decision in Thiru Arooran Sugars Ltd., vs. State Industries
Promotion Corporation of Tamil Nadu Limited and Others, the
respondents had preferred an SLP (Civil) CC.No.14731 of 2008
before the Hon'ble Supreme Court which also came to be dismissed
on 14.11.2008.
