7. Mr. Roy, learned counsel appearing for the appellant has
relied on a decision of the Apex Court on medical evidence in C.K.
Raveendran Vs. State of Kerala reported in AIR 2000 SC 369. The said
decision is hardly relevant in the context of the case. However, that may
be relevant in a case where the charge is endeavoured to be proved by
circumstantial evidence. But this case, the charge has been sought to be

proved and proved by the child victim who has been corroborated on
every material point by the other witnesses including the PWs 9,10&11.
