BSES Rajdhani Power Limited, engaged in the business of distribution of electricity in south and west distribution circles of National Capital Territory of Delhi (hereinafter referred to as ''NCTD'') , has approached this Court for clarification of the order made by the Division Bench of this Court in the case of Dr. B.L. Wadhera vs. Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi and Others, being WP(C) No. 2710/1998 decided on 29.5.2003.
