10. As per learned counsel for the appellant, the learned Examiner failed to
appreciate that even if the individual components of the said mark
"CROSSRELIEF" of the appellant are generic, their combination can result
in distinctive composite mark as applied for by the appellant, as it has its own
commercial identity capable of distinguishing appellant's goods from others.
