The instant writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution challenging the order dated 2.6.1999 passed by the respondent State of Rajasthan, whereby the petitioner has been reverted to the post of L.D.C. as his promotion/appointment on the post of Assessor has been found to be illegal by the judgment of this court, rendered in S.B.Civil Writ Petition No. 3340/95, Inder Singh v. State.
