forum chosen by them and there is finality to the litigation -- or to enforce the
same; whether declining to enforce a foreign award would be more
debilitating to the cause of justice, than to enforce it. In such cases, the court
would be compelled to evaluate the nature, extent and other nuances of the
public policy involved and adopt a course which is less pernicious.
