31.Per contra, it is argued by Ld. Counsel for petitioner that partnership firm
is not a separate entity from its partners. That it is the partners of the
petitioner firm who are the actual owners of the property. Further argued
that other partners of petitioner firm have raised no objection to the
present petition and that present petition has been filed by Petitioner
Firm. The Ld. Counsel for petitioner has relied upon case titled N.
Khadervali Saheb (Dead) by Lrs. and Another vs. N. Guddu Saheb
(Dead) and others (2003) 3 SCC 299 where in the Hon'ble Supreme
Court has made following observations:
