100. The Hon'ble Apex Court in the case of Baljinder Singh @ Ladoo and Others Vs. State of Punjab (supra) has observed that the determination of common intention or common object should primarily be within the domain of the trial courts, and at the most the high courts. 73. The Hon'ble Apex Court in the case of Rajan v. State of Haryana, 2025 SCC OnLine SC 1952 has observed that Unless, it is otherwise established by the evidence, it must be believed that an injured witness would not allow the real culprits to escape 35 2026:JHHC:14703-DB and falsely implicate the accused and further if there be any exaggeration or immaterial embellishments in the evidence of an injured witness, then such contradiction, exaggeration or embellishment should be discarded from the evidence of injured, but not the whole evidence, for ready reference, the relevant paragraphs of the aforesaid order are being quoted herein, which reads as under:
