Michael Floyd Eshwar and another(2018) 2 SCC (Cri) 630 and
Rakhi Mishra Vs. State of Bihar and Others (2018) 2 SCC (Cri) 299,
contended that the power under Section 482 Cr.P.C., does not permit the
High Court to go into the disputed questions of facts or to appreciate the
defence of the accused.
