In this regard this Court like to highlight a decision of the
Hon?ble Kerala High Court, in Antony v. Itoon, C.R.P.No.228 of 1982, holding
that the court has to ensure scrupulous observance of its orders by a party
to the case and a person-guilty of violation of such order is to be ordered
detention in civil prison and the said decision of the Hon?ble Kerala High
Court was endorsed by the Hon?ble Apex Court on appeal.
