In the aforesaid decision at paragraph 27, the Hon'ble Supreme Court
observed that the scope and object of Sections 41 and 41A are facets
of Article 21 of the Constitution of India, referring to the judgment of
Arnesh Kumar (supra), particularly paragraphs 7 to 12 thereof.
