Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in case titled as Janki
Narain Bhoir Vs. Narain Namdev Kadam (2003) 2 SCC 91 has
observed that execution of Will require by section 63 of Succession
Act to be attested by two or more witnesses. One of the two attesting
witnesses can be examined even though the other one is available but
he must prove the execution of the will as required U/s 68 of Evidence
Act.
