8. The present petition is filed by the Petitioner under Section 34 of the
Act. The Petitioner vide this petition is challenging the impugned arbitral
award dated 14th November, 2023 passed by a three-member tribunal in the
case titled "M/s Madhucon Projects Ltd v. National Highways Authority of
India." The ld. Arbitral Tribunal therein has awarded the
Respondent/Claimant herein, Madhucon Projects Ltd. a sum of over Rs. 106
crores along with interest.
