Gian Singh vs State Of Punjab & Anr on 24 September, 2012
Keeping in view the ratio laid down by the Hon'ble
Supreme Court in the case of Gian Singh Vs. State of Punjab and
another, 2012 (4) RCR (Criminal) 543, I deem it proper to quash the
FIR in question.
