20. He has also relied upon the ruling of the apex court in
the case of Mahipal Singh V. C.B.I. reported in AIR 2014 SC
2660. In this case also the apex court referring to MCOCA
observed that,
"there must be more than one charge sheet
against any one member of the crime syndicate in
order to attract the provisions. There is no doubt
sofar as the said principle is concerned."
