1. Mr. Aman Kumar, counsel for the petitioner, submits that the
judgment of this Court in CRL.M.C. 1920/2008, titled T.S. Marwah & Ors.
vs. State, is squarely applicable to the facts of the present case. He further
states that this Court has consistently followed the said judgment and
quashed FIRs pertaining to the hanging of banners on poles, which,
according to him, does not fall within the ambit of Section 3(1) of the Delhi
Prevention of Defacement of Property Act, 2007.
