placed reliance on the decision of this Tribunal in OA
470/2016 (Manoj Kumar and others vs. NDMC and
others), OA 786/2016 (Mohinder Singh and others vs.
NDMC and others) and OA 1105/2016 (Ved Prakash and
others vs. NDMC and others) which were decided by
common Order dated 30.8.2016 with the following
