In support of this contention,
learned Government pleader also relied upon the decisions of the

Hon'ble Supreme Court reported in the case of The state of
Rajasthan Vs. Om Prakash reported in (2002) 5 SCC 745 and
Delhi Domestic Working Women's Forum Vs. Union of India
and others reported in (1995) 1 SCC 14. Hence, he submitted to
dismiss the appeal. It is also his submission that even with regard
to the quantum of sentence imposed by the trial Court is
concerned, the same is just and reasonable and does not call for
any interference by this Court.
