15 of the Hindu Succession Act, 1956 and the principles laid down
by this Court, in the case of Bhimappa Ramachandrappa Amate
(supra), I am of the considered opinion that the impugned order
passed by the Trial Court deserves to be modified and the
directions be issued to the Trial Court to draw up a final decree
accordingly.
