Leisure Ltd. vs. DCIT (supra) has taken a similar view. Since the issue has been considered and decided
by the Tribunal in the abovementioned cases, and in absence of any contrary decision brought to our
notice therefore, to maintain consistency, we follow the finding of the Tribunal in the above mentioned
cases and decide this issue in favour of the assessee.The CIT(A)'s finding on this issue is set aside."
