Machine Tools (supra) has also followed the view taken by the Apex
Court in the said judgments. I, therefore, conclude that the 30 days
period is to be computed from the date of publication of the Award
either in the official gazette or the date on which the Labour Court /
Industrial Tribunal publishes the Award on its notice board.
