In view of the above and also by following the earlier order passed
by this Court in Muthu @ Muthuraja vs. State1, the impugned order
dated 20.06.2020 passed by the first respondent in M.C. No.57 of 2020 is
set aside and as a sequel, this criminal revision stands allowed. Connected
Crl.M.P. stands closed. The petitioner is directed to be released from
custody, if not required in connection with any other case.
