He continued to discharge duties on the said post and thereafter, Writ Petition No.38855 of 2003; Deepak Kumar Singh Vs. State of U.P. and others was filed before this court for issuance of direction to the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner for regularization in service with effect from the date of initial appointment.
