"Prima facie, it is clear that this notification is in
contravention to the judgment passed by the Hon'ble
Supreme Court in the case of M. Nagraj (supra). Therefore,
as in interim measure, the respondents are directed not to
give effect to the Annexure A-1 qua the categories of
Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes, until further
orders."
