Bharti Gupta And Ors vs State Of Punjab & Ors on 29 May, 2015
The petitioners, who are working as Physical Training Instructors
(PTI) Masters and C & V Cadre, claim similar directions as were issued in
Bharti Gupta and others vs. State of Punjab and others (CWP No.12023 of
2015) on 29th May, 2015. On the grievance of the petitioners to remove the pay
anomaly between senior and junior ETT teachers working in the State of
Punjab, which has resulted on account of implementation of ACP scheme on
completion of four years of service qua the persons who were junior to the
petitioners, the seniors claim that their pay should be stepped up and brought at
par with the juniors.
