2 LW 297). Further Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Buildings (Lease and Rent
Control) Act, 1960 is applicable only in cases of buildings, whereas, in the
present case, only the land was let out on lease and hence the reports Exs.
P.18 & 19 prepared as per Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Buildings (Lease
and Rent Control) Act, 1960, not to be considered by this Court.
