judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in U.P. State Electricity Board Vs.
Shiv Mohan Singh & Anr., reported in (2004) 8 SCC 402, to submit that
non-registration of the contract will not change the character of the apprentice
and they will not acquire the status of a workmen. Once an incumbent is
appointed as an apprentice he will continue to be apprentice unless a formal
order of appointment follows.
