December, 2018. Within two years the applicant has been
terminated for unsatisfactory performance. The question is
whether unsatisfactory performance itself amounts to a stigma.
This issue is no longer res integra. The Supreme Court in the case
of Wainganga Bahuuddeshiya Vikas Sanstha through President
B.B. Karanjekar & Ors. Vs. Ku. Jaya & Ors., Civil Appeal
